- Toast the bread lightly
- Spread on the peanut butter and then the yoghurt
- Add the sliced banana with a good sprinkle of cinnamon
- Enjoy!
Notes
- You can add variety to this idea by changing the fruit to either blueberries, raspberries or thinly sliced apples and adding a sprinkle of nuts
- Best enjoyed whilst the toast is still warm.
- This can make a great snack during the day when you are feeling peckish.
- An enjoyable and interesting way to add to your fruit intake for the day!
