Description
This recipe uses old-fashioned oats! The idea is to soak the oats overnight in liquid which then makes a convenient breakfast. Also known as Birchers Muesli, this takes your breakfast to another level.

- Mix together & leave overnight in the fridge (air-tight container/jar)
- Use this as a base and vary the toppings
- Sweeten with some honey
Notes
- Packed with soluble fibre, anti-oxidants, healthy fat, protein & wholesome carbs.
- Benefits include: cholesterol lowering, blood sugar control (this helps with cravings), preventing/helping with constipation, increasing satiety (feeling full), and a source of healthy fats (omega 3).
- Use less liquid for a thicker consistency.
- Use this as a base and experiment with different fruit/veg combinations, nuts or nut butter & some honey to sweeten.
