Chickpeas are so versatile & healthy! Combined with spinach & mint, it gives a deliciously flavourful salad!

  • Ingredients (Dressing)

Instructions

  1. Toss together all the salad ingredients
  2. Make the dressing & flavour before serving

Notes

  • Dressing the salad too early will make it watery
  • Makes a healthy accompaniment to any meal
  • For a complete meal, add in chicken/beef strips
  • Chickpeas are packed with protein & healthy fats.
  • Chickpeas are so versatile, they can be used in sweet or savoury meals.
