Description

A delicious and different way of eating your morning toast!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread lightly
  2. Spread on the peanut butter and then the yoghurt
  3. Add the sliced banana with a good sprinkle of cinnamon
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can add variety to this idea by changing the fruit to either blueberries, raspberries or thinly sliced apples and adding a sprinkle of nuts
  • Best enjoyed whilst the toast is still warm.
  • This can make a great snack during the day when you are feeling peckish.
  • An enjoyable and interesting way to add to your fruit intake for the day!
