A quick, easy and healthy way to serve up your flapjacks or pancakes.

Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl
- whisk together the wet ingredients
- Add the wet mixture to the dry misture to make a batter
- Heat a non-stick pan and lightly fry about 1 tbs of batter for each flapjack until golden brown on each side
Notes
- The batter should not be of pouring consistency.
- The flapjacks should be soft and well done on the inside.
- Fruit & yoghurt toppings makes for great healthy breakfast toppings.
- The use of wholewheat flour makes for a high-fibre pancake & is a great way of increasing your fibre intake for the day.
- Fibre helps to lower cholesterol, maintain better blood sugar control (especially important for diabetics) and prevent constipation.
