Description
Kebabs are also known as meatballs. In Indian cooking, various spices & herbs are added to the mince to enhance its flavour!

Instructions
- Combine all the kebab ingredients and shape them into meatballs.
- Sauté the meatballs, remove from the pot & set aside
- In the same pot, saute all the chutney ingredients until it reduces
- Place the fried kebabs into the chutney
- Heat through, garnish with fresh coriander
- Serve with roti, pita, flatbread or spaghetti

- Adjust the chillies as required as this is merely a guide.

- Lean mince is a healthier option as it has less unhealthy fats.
- Examples of lean mince are chicken/ostrich mince and topside beef mince.
- Soya mince is a great vegetarian alternative.
