Layers of Muesli, yoghurt, fruit, nuts & seeds make for a great breakfast on the go!

Instructions

  1. Layer your cup starting with yoghurt, muesli, fruit & seeds.
  2. You can choose how many layers – 2 or 3 should be adequate (container dependent)

  • Quick and easy breakfast/Snack idea
  • Make these in advance for a grab & go option
  • Great for kids’ lunchboxes or for in-the-office snack
  • Vary the fruit, muesli and seeds for variety on different days
