About Me

Hey there! I’m Ayesha, a South African-based Registered Dietitian, and I’ve been immersed in the intriguing world of nutrition for over a decade! But guess what? That’s just one of the hats I wear in this crazy, beautiful life!

First things first, I live in Cape Town, South Africa, with my husband and I’m a proud mom of three amazing kiddos. Yep, you read that right, three! And that’s just the beginning of my multitasking adventures. I also co-own Mystic Beauty SA, an International Online Beauty Store with my entrepreneurial spirit, and to top it all off, I moonlight as an HR manager at my husband’s Prosthodontic practice. Phew! Juggling these roles every day is quite the challenge, but you know what? I wouldn’t have it any other way.

So, what led me to dive into the world of nutrition with Spicy Dietitian? Well, it all comes down to my love for food and taking care of my growing family. I’m all about that balance, and I’m on a mission to share my passion for healthy eating with you. Why? Because I firmly believe that by making smart food choices you can reduce your risk of chronic lifestyle diseases and lead to a healthier, happier life.

Now, here’s a little secret: I’m an Indian who’s also a Dietitian. You might wonder if I still enjoy classic Indian dishes like dhal and rice, curries, and roti. The answer is a resounding YES! In fact, I’m all about showing you how to incorporate delicious Indian foods into your life in a healthier way.
